Today I was leaving Hartford Hospital and there was a big accident. Because of this we had to take a detour. I could not find my way back to I-84. At a red light light we asked a woman for directions. She said sure just follow me. Not only did she lead us there, but she kept her emergency lights on the whole time. She stopped and pulled over if we were stuck at a light or stop sign and someone got in between us. She drove us 15 minutes out of her way. Sometimes I forget that there such people in the world. It is nice to meet a complete stranger willing to help you out. Next time I am asked for directions or some similar scenario I will remember that someone took their time to help me and I should don the same. If everyone in this fast paced world was willing to slow down and help out someone else, this world would be a much better place. I want to thank you, Whoever You Are
